We view wellness differently. Our Myasthenia Gravis Vision Board Program is for adults with a diagnosis of myasthenia gravis. This can be a stand alone project for those who opt to do so, as part of group webinar or as part of a one on one coaching session.
Participants can elect to use our Vision Board Workbook for their answers or create a physical vision or both. We prefer participants do both. Having a vision board hanging in your home allows you to see it daily and begin to shape your new reality.
This is a unique approach to health in that we want you to focus on your dreams and the amazing possibilities you have for your life. This is something everyone can do provided they have enough strength to write and use the scissors. It is perfectly okay to wait until your strength returns or ask for help. We believe a diagnosis of myasthenia gravis does NOT prevent us from experiencing life as fully as we can.
Areas we explore in the program include:
- Physical Fitness
- Emotional and Spiritual Wellness
- Access and Advocacy
- Financial Fitness
- Environmental Wellness
- Reflection
Following each section, we ask you to complete our Holistic Daily Living Form. The Holistic Daily Living form will ask you to gage how your life is being affected by myasthenia gravis in that moment. One point is assigned for each item. As you continue through the workbook you may notice an increases or decreases in your scores. This information can be shared with your wellness providers. Webinars throughout the year with guest speakers will help you enhance your targeted areas on your vision board.

If you are interested in participating in our Myasthenia Gravis Vision Board Project completion of our the enrollment survey is REQUIRED.
An open mind and willingness to see what is possible is required. This is not magic. If you want results you must put in the work. Creating a vision board is a form of art therapy and life coaching. Thanks to the sponsorship of argenx in 2022 we were able to get 110 workbooks out in 24 states and 8 countries. Our goal is to partner with national and international organizations to increase our reach. This program will be part of an online program coming soon.
